When will my order be shipped?
Please allow 2 business days for processing and production of your order. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address you registered with. General products usually take 1-2 weeks for shipping, while toy guns may take 2-3 weeks. Generally, our products are shipped free of charge, but some countries may not be able to receive shipments via regular logistics, in which case shipping fees may apply.

Express shipping
Express shipping will incur an additional charge. If you need express service, please contact us before placing your order. We will adjust the shipping cost based on your product and location.

What should I do if I want to change my ordered items?
